Next up: a great lunch at The Bake Shop
Great food, and amazing hot chocolates.
Then, Alyeska. I ski resort in winter, a beautiful green adventure in the summer.
We took the tram to the top of the mountain.
But first, we explored the lodge.
Then, the tram.... up and up.

Lucas, Liberty and Owen hiked higher up. Allie, Kaiya and I stayed lower.
I tried for a couple reasons why this wouldn't work for Owen. One, the money wasn't paid, two... everything would look VERY far away.
This trail goes from the bottom to the top. It takes about 1.5 hours to climb (no we didn't do it).
Beautiful picture, but look close, Kaiya is throwing a great little tantrum.
Owen finally found a bear.
And, he was actually tired enough to take a nap on the ride home.
