Alaska: thursday and Friday

After go go going all week, we had a more mellow Thursday and Friday. Catching up on groceries, laundry, and playing around the house, which included great park time.

Liberty is learning to defy gravity.
 Kaiya and Owen tried too.

We went to the natural history museum too.
 BEAR!

 Hearing the ocean.

The night before, Lucas told the story of having to describe to Allie how to make a picture, using only words. He had such a clear memory of it, while Allie couldn't remember much. Then, at the museum, was a very similar set up.
Owen completed a little puzzle at the museum, and earned himself a shark's tooth. He then decided to trade that in to the tooth fairy for a pack of gum and a key chain. (the tooth is currently hiding in my purse).

 A pack of dinosaurs.
Lunch at the Lucky Wishbone. Great fried chicken, even better chocolate malts.

On base is a great rock climbing spot. Owen started easy.
 Then switched up to hard.

Liberty is amazing at it. Owen did great for his first time.
He was much braver that I thought he would be.
When we were leaving, we heard the Thunderbirds getting ready for the Friday show... so we waited outside by the runway.
We waited and waited, but with the rain and low cloud coverage, they didn't fly. Luckily, we planned to go for the next two days, so would have lots of opportunities to see them.
