Four weeks

Four weeks. It has been for weeks since Henry's diagnosis. Four weeks since our world was turned upside down. It's like a time warp; it seems both like an eternity and a blink.

Today he was really cranky. I'm sure partly due to chemo, partly due to his low WBC counts, but I think mostly because his cheeks are enormous! Steroid cheeks are amazing. His whole face is cheek. Add the small jaw, and it's quite impressive. Tomorrow is the last day of steroids, so hopefully his cheeks return to "normal".

When Lucas got off work and switched me out at the hospital. Henry was feeling better with some oxycodone, and we got some good snuggle time.
