15 months

We just got back from Owen's 15 month check up... here are his newest stats:

31 7/8 inches tall (still in the 75th %)
22lb 2 oz (which drops him to 25th%)

Still tall and skinny, but, he's lost weight... which Dr. Snyder says is not uncommon, probably due to increased activity, and he said "Owen's probably eating less". This last statement is not true. Owen eats and eats and eats. Currently his favorite food is tomatoes. Still nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on.

Owen also has 4-6 weeks to learn to walk, or else maybe we'd start to worry a bit. Right now, we're chalking up his unwillingness to walk on his fear of falling. I'll second that motion. I have a cautious kid...nothing wrong with that!

Two shots to his thigh, now, except for flu shots, he's done until kindergarten!

I go for slow to walk and cautious over crazy-early-running-into-walls any day!

And it is funny that he lost weight since he eats so much. Why can't adults have metabolisms like that? :)

Seriously right? Where's my metabolism like that?

I'm with Suzi. A little cautious-ness isn't so bad when compared with concrete burns on the forehead because feet just can't keep up. And imagine how much more he'll have to eat when he's running!
