Our morning

This morning, Henry got a haircut. Jami, a family friend, came over to cut it. She shaved Henry's hair when he started to lose it from chemo. It seemed fitting to have her cut it one last time. He did so good... not even a tear.

He was tired. He threw up this morning because he was coughing so hard... but he still wanted to go to the pumpkin patch. We knew it would be pushing him, but he really wanted to go. And (warning tear jerking moment) we realized that this would be the last time he could go. So, off we went to Lakeview Pumpkin Patch to ride the train.

Henry found a green pumpkin that he loved.

It was a very short trip. We ended up buying no pumpkins because of long lines and tired children. But I think Henry had fun. I hope he did.
