A long day.

After steroids, Henry "comes" back to being his happy self on Tuesday. But, on Tuesday he didn't feel good. He got his first fever in over a year. That bought us a late night visit to the ED for IV antibiotics. Wednesday, we went to clinic for scheduled IV Pentamadine, IVIG and a bonus dose of antibiotics. It started off well, Owen and Henry played and LAUGHED on the hospital bed in clinic.

But, during his IVIG transfusion, he had a bad reaction, and had another fever. Two fevers in 24 hours, plus a low ANC bought us a night in the hospital. He also needed platelet and blood transfusion, so a long afternoon turned into a long night/day at the hospital.
Lucas went home to get doggy, Henry did so amazing in the hospital.

On Thursday, Owen and Lucas spent the day with us... again, beds with buttons... a great invention.

 Who is doggy looking at?
Bailey, the therapy dog that kept us company for a while.
Bailey also played with Penguin and Doggy.
They boys loved to run the hallways. and look at the helipad.

We came home Thursday evening. While the new hospital is nice, and it was lovely to see our favorite nurses... one night at the hospital was enough for us!
