We made it as far as the mailbox, and learned that we don't have a four-wheeling type of stroller. Granted, it HAS four wheels, but it doesn't much like the snow. 
So, we turned back to the house and switched for the sling.
We tried many self-portraits... very tricky to get three people in it... all looking good. We finally found a couple walking their dog and got a quick family photo!
This morning there is a sheet of ice on top of our snow. Pretty sure we aren't going anywhere today. I call that forced house cleaning day.

Forced house cleaning? I would go with a pot of coffee and a marathon of Christmas movies like Elf and Christmas Story and Charlie Brown. :)
That sound like a much better idea! We have the coffee brewed, laundry is going... now maybe ELF. Did you know Lucas has NEVER seen The Christmas Story?
What??? We went to watch it last night but the disk cracked in half. Too bad I'm done shopping or I would send the movie and some giant bunny PJ's for Lucas. Maybe next year. :)
