So, they were right. Arctic Blast 2008 has hit. I was doubtful. Nothing was happening when I went to bed, and not much was happening when I first woke. But after Owen ate breakfast, the snow was coming down. So, we introduced Owen to snow.
The first
outing: PJs, coat and hat. Just a quick drive up to the grocery (for grilled cheese and tomato soup fixings). He was a little confused at first, then loved opening his mouth to grab the flakes.

After his morning nap, we decided he should feel the snow... so Lucas took him out in just his diaper. He loved it.

What he loved even more was the "fresh from the dryer" blanket we had waiting for him. (we may be mean, but we aren't THAT mean.)

We then bundled all the way up and went for a walk around the neighborhood. He seemed excited at first...

Then promptly took a nap during the entire walk. Being a baby in the snow is tiring!

Was Lucas only in his shorts?
Lucas just had boxers and T-shirt on. He would have gone out more naked, but we do have neighbors!
