Yesterday, Lucas and I were craving sushi. So, we took the boys out to Mio Sushi. Henry slept the entire time... Owen may have out eaten us. We started with edemame ("mama") and Owen ate them as fast as we could shuck them. Then the sushi came out. Owen ate salmon ("fish"), yellowtail tuna ("yee-yo"), a few pieces of rolls, broken down for bites of seaweed ("wee"), avocado ("cado"), cucumber ("ber") and more "yee-yo".
Even after I was full, Owen was still going strong. He had a great time flirting with the waitress, using kid chopsticks and well... still eating. Then he turned to us and said "than yu" about 20 times... over and over again. Thank you!! I can see how Owen's eating habits are going to be expensive for us! But the joy sushi brings him... how can we say no!
